AstroCal'ı indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen dikkatlice okuyun.
1. Hizmetin Kabulü
Bu koşullar, sizinle AstroCal arasında bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturur. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
2. Lisans
Size, AstroCal'ı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamanın koduna tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kopyalayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
3. Bilgilendirme Amaçlı İçerik
AstroCal'ın sunduğu zamanlama içgörüleri ve uyumluluk analizleri yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmez. Verdiğiniz kararlardan tek başınıza sorumlusunuz.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
- Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumakla yükümlüsünüz.
- Uygulamayı yürürlükteki yasalara aykırı şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
- Girdiğiniz bilgilerin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.
5. Abonelikler ve Satın Alımlar
Ücretli özellikler App Store üzerinden sunulabilir. Tüm satın alımlar Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir; ödeme, faturalandırma ve yenilemeler Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden yönetilir. İade talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına göre işlenir.
6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, AstroCal'ın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Apple Standart EULA
Bu uygulama Apple App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığından, Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir ve burada belirtilen koşullara ek olarak uygulanır.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır; uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

By downloading or using AstroCal, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and AstroCal. If you do not accept them, you should not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AstroCal for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app's code.
3. Informational Content
The timing insights and compatibility analyses AstroCal provides are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You agree not to use the app in violation of applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Paid features may be offered through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms; payment, billing, and renewals are managed through your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of AstroCal.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Because this app is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, in addition to the terms stated here.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
